Feeling fidgety or restless?

Go for a run if you’re able to, or exercise however feels best to get your heart rate up! Be sure to stretch and drink water after.

In your head?

Get out. Try deep breathing or meditating if you can to help quiet your brain. Practicing focused mindfulness promotes health too!

Grinding your teeth?

Try neck and head stretches to be more aware of your body, and stretch your muscles out

General blues?

Spend time with people you love and are comfortable with, or do something that makes you feel happy and warm (like watching a favorite movie you’ve seen a million times).
